New ICA Case Refuses Quantum Meruit Recovery for Unlicensed Contractor

$1 Billion Hawaii Telescope Project to be Funded by China, India
China and India have reached an agreement to partially fund construction of the world's largest telescope at the summit of Mauna Kea. The construction costs of the telescope project are estimate to top $1 billion dollars. The construction of the Thirty Meter Telescope is projected for completion by 2018.
